- Upcoming: Fall 2016 - Attorney Shea B. Airey plans to schedule educational classes on Estate Planning in South Carolina for the fall teaching course at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) of Clemson University. - March 2016 - Attorney Shea B. Airey provided educational lectures on Estate Planning at Clemson University's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). The class was well attended and included great students. Thank you to the many wonderful students for their participation and interest!
- January 2016 - Attorney Shea B. Airey provided an educational lecture at the South Carolina Bar Convention regarding conservation easements, including a background of their history, current utilization and best practices for attorneys. Mr. Airey is a published author in the field of conservation easements and regularly counsels landowners who wish to permanently preserve their land.
- October 2015 - With the roll out of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) in October, 2015, as mandated by the Federal agency known as the CFPB (Consumer Finance Protection Bureau), The Airey Law Firm, Ltd. Co. has been updating our office security, privacy protections and real estate closing practices to conform to the guidelines and requirements of the new law. The Airey Law Firm, Ltd.
